Last Sunday Fred decided rather spontaneously that Henri needs his own bike. Kiddie bikes are surprisingly costly, but in a matter of minutes Fred had tracked down a good offer on her iphone and before the noon bells rang Henri was the proud owner of a bright yellow Puki bike. In our everlasting popular series "new skills 'n thrills" that was a good one of course.
There are other endeavours happening right now. Like the efforts put into the art of chopsticking your food.
Plenty of time these days. There's this strangely random batch of esoteric but official catholic holidays bringing the great state of Bavaria to a grinding halt in spring.
Plenty of hanging out.
Trips to the supermarket, which are very popular due to dad's strategy to keep the boys occupied in the comic strip section.
New skills tend to be aquired mostly in the parks though. Like climbing trees (Karl's new record - about five meters up).
And - yes! Henri's first rides on his new bike.
