Apple Picking

Once again it's apple picking time. You gotta admit, few things beat the smell of a freshly picked apple in the fall.

The harvest was even bigger this year (it is considered a super harvest year in Europe, just didn't think this would actually play out in our backyard). Karl did some tricky maneuvering with the apple picker between the branches...

...while Henri was a very strict inspector dividing the apples into great, ok and rotten.

And yes, there's gonna be a surplus of apple sauce. Possibly some pies. Juice even.
